Why is Marcus Thigpen not included anywhere in the Returner Rankings?

Good catch, Rick. Thigpen did not crack the Top 35 in the projections this week, but a case can be made that he should be that high. 50 KR yards, 0.1 KR TD, 24 PR yards, 0 PR TD is the projection. But keep in mind he is a specialist and he doesn't usually get any other Fantasy stats.
