Week 8: Start 'Em

In what might have been a sign for things to come, Titus Young started in place of Nate Burleson (who ended up breaking his leg and will be lost for the season). In Burleson's place, Young caught 6 passes for 81 yards, giving you a slight peek into what Young might do now that he is the starter opposite Calvin Johnson. Two things that weigh heavy in Young's favor are that defenses are always focusing on Calvin (often using a double team) and the Lions have been slow starters, leading them to go pass heavy to try and come back in the game. Both of those things leave us thinking Titus Young will have many opportunities to put up fantasy points. Young makes for a low end WR3 and high end flex start this week.

Injury Status: Injured Reserve

Miller is coming off a very solid week vs. the Bengals, where he caught 6 passes for 53 yards, a touchdown and a 2 point convert. While he most likely starting every week in leagues with TEs, he probably is sitting on the bench more often than not in leagues with no TEs. Well, if you're a receiver or Tight End or flex, nothing says start me more than facing the Washington Redskins. The Redskins are giving up a league worst 328 yards per game through the air, and just last week gave up 5 receptions and 79 yards to the Giants' TE Martellus Bennett. If you're in a league where you can start a TE as a receiver or a flex, Miller is your guy this week. With such a juicy match-up, you just can't leave him on the bench. Use him as a low end WR3 or high end flex this week.
