It is definitely weird to be recommending a Jacksonville Jaguar as a fantasy starter, but with the numbers Cecil Shorts has been putting up, it is hard not to. While the Jags do suck and they most likely won't win another game this season, it doesn't mean that they don't have useful fantasy players. Over the past four weeks, Shorts has averaged 5.25 receptions for 89 yards and 0.5 touchdowns. Those numbers over a full season would make him a high end WR2. That being said, if you need help at WR3 or flex, or are really hurting at WR2, Shorts is your guy. He is equally a good start in all scoring formats. Get him off your bench and into your lineup.

Injury Status: Injured Reserve

Things haven't gone as planned for the Carolina Panthers this season, but one player who has exceeded expectations is definitely Greg Olsen. Without a receiving threat opposite Steve Smith, Olsen has become Cam Newton's safety net. Coming off a career week, where he went off for 9 receptions for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns, Olsen is a must start at TE this week for you fantasy owners. Olsen will look to build on his career week as the Panthers face the worst pass defense in Tampa Bay, who are giving up a league worst 321 yards passing per game. Olsen is a stronger play in PPR leagues and if you're dealing with injuries or bye week issues, Olsen can be started as a WR3.
