Garrett Hartley should enter the 2013 season as the Saints' kicker. Hartley bounced back from missing the 2011 season by making 18 of 22 field goals, and 47 extra points during the 2012 season. Hartley plays on an offense that is likely to put up plenty of points, and also plays in a dome, making him a strong kicker in fantasy leagues.

The Saints defense struggled in 2012 and is unlikely to put up good enough numbers to make them draftable in fantasy leagues this season.
