The NFL is an unforgiving league. Just two years ago, Ryan Williams was the sixth selection in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He was supposed to challenge Beanie Wells for a starting job. Fast forward two years and two season-ending injuries later, and nobody is talking about Williams anymore. Rashard Mendenhall is only 26 years old, but still has a lot to prove in returning from injury. There is a chance, albeit very small, that Williams will see a decent amount of playing time. If you took a chance on Mendenhall, you may also want to grab Williams in the final rounds.

Recent FFWC Draft: 17.07

Injury Status: Out -

Ryan Mathews has been so injury prone and inconsistent in his young career, that even he probably drafted Danny Woodhead as a handcuff in his fantasy leagues. Woodhead isn't likely to see 25 carries per game, even if Mathews goes down. What he can do is catch passes, which would bolster his PPR value. In order to protect Mathews, look for Woodhead to see a ton of work on third downs and other passing situations. Even without an injury, the former New England Patriots back is in line for a sizable fantasy role.

Recent FFWC Draft: 10.09
