(Editor: So...Part of our online system went Dallas Clark on us and dropped the ball with part of our rankings setup. Sincere apologies for the early season hiccup. Tech issue aside, we still have enough mental bandwidth to talk returners as evidenced by Matt De Lima's top-25 rankings. Without further adieu...)

1. WR Trindon Holliday, DEN – One of the best pure speed guys given his Track and Field background.

2. WR Jacoby Jones, BAL – A well-known returner who contributes minimally as a receiver.

3. RB Darius Reynaud, TEN – 1,650 total return yards in 2012 and three scores. An elite returner.

4. WR Eddie Royal, SD –Looks to have both KR and PR jobs locked up in San Diego. Healthy again.

5. RB Chris Thompson, WAS – A darkhorse candidate for breakout year at returner.

6. WR Devin Hester, CHI – The gold standard is losing his luster. Still good, but no longer great.
7. WR Randall Cobb, GB – His role could change given his offensive responsibilities.
8. WR Dexter McCluster, KC – Needs to firm up his role as returner with little provided as receiver.
9. RB Marcus Thigpen, MIA – Racked up over 1,350 total return yards last year and two scores.
10. WR Brandon Tate, CIN – Average returner who happens to handle both KR and PR duties.
11. WR Michael Spurlock, DET – Hasn't returned full-time since 2010. Early favorite for Detroit.
12. RB David Wilson, NYG – Expanded RB duties may limit his returns. Looked excellent on kick returns.
13. WR Keshawn Martin, HOU – Very little competition for Martin's job. Should handle both KR & PR.
14. RB Darren Sproles, NO – The return yards have dwindled over the years, could slip out of Top 20.
15. WR Ted Ginn, CAR – Needs to return kickoffs to stay relevant on these rankings.

The rest
