Fans were looking for big things from Coby Fleener after the Colts drafted him in the 2012 NFL draft to play with his college quarterback Andrew Luck. Unfortunately, it just didn't happen last season. Fleener was quiet again in week 1, but came alive in week 2 with fellow tight end Dwayne Allen out with an injury. Fleener was targeted eight times, catching four of them for 69 yards and one touchdown. He scored another TD, but it was called back due to a penalty away from the play. Now with Allen's hip issue requiring season-ending surgery, starting (and rostering in all formats) Fleener makes sense.

After the success of the New England Patriots going with two highly talented tight ends, other teams took notice. The Bengals drafted Jermaine Gresham in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft and followed that up with the drafting of Tyler Eifert in the 2013 NFL draft. Through two games it's evident Cincinnato plans on having both on the field as much as possible, taking advantage of their size and speed. In Week 3, the Bengals face a Packers defense that has already given up 718 yards passing, as well as the second most fantasy points to tight ends. Last week Gresham was targeted nine times, catching six of them for 66 yards. Coming off a solid game, he makes for a solid start at TE this coming week.

Injury Status: Out - Hamstring
