Week 4: Super Sleepers

While we're not projecting starting type stats for these players, they have good potential and could surprise. This week's picks include LeGarrette Blount, Ronnie Hillman, Ryan Broyles, Denarius Moore, and Scott Chandler.

Charles Clay is listed as both a TE and H-back for the Miami offense. In Week 2 we saw him grab five of seven targets for 109 yards and he added a rushing score to the mix. In Week 3 he was fairly quiet with four grabs for 40 yards, but he has the ability to make a difference. The Miami coaching staff has said they would like to see more of Clay in the rushing game and that could be interesting if he also continues to produce in the passing game. Clay played over 80% of snaps in Week 3 and to me this says that he could see more targets and have a greater impact as the season progresses. In Week 4 Miami and New Orleans could very well have a shootout on their hands and the passing schemes could get interesting. I like Clay this week as he might see less coverage and who knows he could add more value in the running game if given the chance.

The Arizona defense is my risky super sleeper pick this week. The Tampa Bay offense is currently ranked 31st in yards gained per game. Now rookie QB Mike Glennon takes over at QB for his first NFL start, replacing Josh Freeman. Talk about an opportunity for an Arizona defense loaded with playmakers including corner Patrick Peterson and pass rusher Darnell Dockett.
