Antonio Gates has reached a point in his career where he cannot keep up with the workload that he became accustomed to over the years. Enter Ladrius Green, another monster-sized tight end who can pick up the pace and make big plays. In Week 12 Green played about 42 percent of snaps and yielded 80 yards receiving and a score. Over the past two weeks Green has caught seven passes for 161 yards, compared to Gates who has grabbed seven passes for 73 yards. Green is showing that he can add value even as a TE2. Pick him up if you can as he will be a hot waiver wire addition this week. Despite Cincinnati giving up the seventh fewest fantasy points to TEs, Green might prove useful this week if Gates is covered in most schemes.

Brent Celek's matchup this week could not be better. The Arizona defense gives up the most fantasy points to tight ends of any team in the league. Celek has not had a superior pass catching season to-date -- with only 19 grabs for 290 yards --, but he does have three TDs. With Nick Foles under center, Celek should have some great opportunities with his match-up this week. I would expect Celek to exploit his coverage and make 3-4 catches for 40-50 yards and a score.
