Week 8: Sleepers
Time to dust off ol' Percy! The fifth-year receiver returns to practice this week and fantasy football needs him. Sure, he's just one player, but there have been way too many injuries recently. Harvin is instantly the best Seahawks playmaker and yes, that includes Marshawn Lynch. Before his 2012 injury, Harvin was a Top 5 WR. Sure, he's on a new team and in a new situation; however, the Seahawks desperately need to step up their aerial attack. Seattle ranks 25th in the NFL in passing yards per game (214.1) and have only three pass plays of 40-plus yards (only two teams have less than that). Harvin might not play this week, but you'll need to add him now if he's available in your league. If he starts, then you should start him as well.Injury Status: Out - Hip
Look, we've already suggested guys like Jordan Reed, Joseph Fauria, Garrett Graham, Kellen Winslow (before he was hurt), so we try to be just ahead of popular opinion. It should go without saying then that Andrew Quarless fits the bill. The Packers are down to the final splinters of their bench and will call upon Quarless to fill in for a seriously-injured Jermichael Finley. Quarless will also not have to compete for targets with Randall Cobb, who is out for awhile and perhaps even James Jones (questionable to play). This creates a big hole to fill in the middle of the field that Quarless can occupy. He's still a bit raw as a pass-catcher, but you're not adding him because of his raw talent. You're adding him because of Aaron Rodgers!
