Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden was back on the practice field Monday but wasn't doing much jogging or running. John Dickinson, a radio host from 95.7 FM, reported that McFadden worked out with "a few teammates" and was "mostly walking." McFadden hasn't played since Oct. 23 since suffering a sprained foot. The Raiders haven't missed a beat since he's been out, winning three out of their last four games.
Fantasy Analysis:
Dickinson speculated that McFadden likely won't play this week. Michael Bush has kept the Raiders afloat and in fact, he now leads the team in carries, rushing yards and rushing TDs. McFadden undoubtedly would provide a huge push at this point and it's hard to argue Oakland would have the best pair of backs in the NFL when he's back in the mix. McFadden's injury history is too prevalent to ignore for fantasy owners and it should now be a given that if you draft McFadden in the future, a handcuff is a necessity.
