Lions RB Mikel Leshoure says he's 100 percent healthy

Detroit Lions running back Mikel Leshoure @MikelLeShoure25 was forced to sit out the entirety of his first NFL season after he tore an Achilles tendon in August. But, just in time for this season's training camp, Leshoure tweeted out some good news on Monday.
"All my fans who are wondering about my health the Achilles is feeling better than ever and I will be going into camp 100 percent," Leshoure wrote.

Fantasy Analysis:

And now for the bad news: This is basically meaningless. OK, let me qualify that. What Leshoure says about his health is basically meaningless. It's nice to hear the update, and I'm sure he's feeling good. But there's a chance that Leshoure's abilities haven't been forever altered due to that major injury.
Don't forget that he's suspended for the first two games of the season after a couple of offseason arrests for marijuana possession. And even if he is healthy, Leshoure will be splitting carries with Jahvid Best @J4hvidbest and playing on a team that had the second-fewest rushing attempts last season. He's an intriguing mid-round pick because he's young and should rack up a decent number of touchdowns. But there are a lot of question marks surrounding Leshoure.
