Rams QB Sam Bradford says ankle still not 100 percent

St Louis Ram quarterback Sam Bradford has stated that the ankle injury that hampered him during the 2011 season is still not at 100 percent. Bradford said, "It's good. It's good. I would say there's still days where it's not 100 percent, but I really haven't had any major setbacks. It seems to be getting better every week. I'm hoping by the time training camp gets here that it'll really be a non-factor."

Fantasy Analysis:

New Rams head coach Jeff Fisher has been staunch in his support of Bradford and is looking to build an offense around the third-year quarterback. St Louis drafted a pair of speedy wide receivers in Brian Quick @WORKAHOLIC_BQ and Chris Givens @CG1three last April to bolster the position. Veteran Steve Smith @SteveSmithWR, formerly of the Giants and Eagles, has been signed and can offer a reliable over the middle threat. Danny Amendola @DannyAmendola is returning from the wrist injury that cost him nearly the entire 2011 season as a solid slot receving option. Workhorse running back Steven Jackson @sj39 will also afford Bradford another weapon in the Rams offense. If the ankle is still an issue when training camp officially opens then it will be time to start being concerned with Bradford entering the season at 100 percent. St Louis is amassing some very talented players at the offensive skill positions and a healthy Bradford could post impressive fantasy numbers in 2012. Should he be hobbled again, remaining a sitting duck in the pocket, then 2012 is going to be a repeat of the debacle that was 2011 for the Rams and Bradford.
