Seahawks WR Sidney Rice cleared for practice

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice 
(shoulders) was cleared to practice with the team after opening training camp on the active/PUP list. He was activated only after a few hours. Rice has only played in 15 games in the last two seasons and had been recovering from shoulder surgery this offseason.
Fantasy Analysis:
Rice has a ton of talent but can never seem to stay healthy. He is the epitome of boom-or-bust. During his one full season in 2009, he had 83 grabs for 1,312 yards and eight touchdowns while with the Minnesota Vikings. Rice is hands-down the best receiver on the Seattle roster so if he could manage to play a full season, he'd be an incredible value for fantasy football. He's only 26 years old too so technically, he's still within his prime even though his body has continued to fail him.
