Colts WR Austin Collie ready to be more than a security blanket

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie @AKCollie_17 averaged just 9.5 yards per reception last season, fifth-fewest among about 80 qualified wideouts. With rookie quarterback Andrew Luck taking over the team, Collie is being groomed to become more of a down-the-field weapon
"Before I was more like the security blanket," Collie said. "Now I am going to focus on being able to make the big play down the field. I feel like that means I have a lot more responsibility."

Fantasy Analysis:

Head coach Chuck Pagano said Collie and Luck are already developing chemistry. Mike Wallace, he ain't. But if the Colts throw it enough -- and I think they will -- Collie could close in on 75-80 catches and a handful of touchdowns. According to FFToolbox's average draft position chart, he is currently the No. 51 WR off the board, being drafted around pick 148, behind the likes of Kendall Wright, Mike Williams and Michael Floyd. In other words, Collie is grossly undervalued right now.
