While nothing is official yet, but when asked on Monday Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians suggested they'd like to see Luck get "20 plays in, maybe 25". Luck suggested he won't lobby coaches for more time and will abide by whatever they decide.
Fantasy Analysis:
Despite being the less sought after rookie QB in fantasy circles, fantasy owners should still be paying attention to Andrew Luck and the Colts on Sunday. Luck has some intriguing weapons at his disposal, namely former WR1 Reggie Wayne
and former college teammate Coby Fleener
. Fleener and Luck already have an incredible chemistry and Fleener could prove to be a serviceable TE if the chemistry translates to the NFL. WIth nearly a full half, or more, to operate on Sunday, owners will get their first look at the top prospect against NFL competition. Dynasty owners already had their sights on the Colts' preseason dates, but redraft owners should be paying attention too as Luck could prove to be a nice value pick as part of a QBBC approach with the potential for relative significant upside.
