Denver Broncos rookie running back Ronnie Hillman
was a full participant in Saturday's practice for the first time since returning from a hamstring injury according to Lindsay Jones, a Broncos' beat writer for The Denver Post. Hillman is currently third on the depth chart behind Willis McGahee and Lance Ball
but could eventually challenge McGahee for a split backfield role. Hillman missed a week of practice and did not participate in the team's first preseason game.
Fantasy Analysis:
Hillman is a dynasty league fantasy option only for now but that doesn't mean he isn't worth keeping an eye on. A rookie needs time to learn his pass protections, especially when protecting the now-fragile Peyton Manning. Knowshon Moreno
is healthy for now, as is McGahee, but once the injuries begin to pile up, Hillman could float to the top. For now, he's a third-down back who will see limited action.
