The preseason results have not been impressive, to say the least, for the Arizona Cardinals' first-stringers. Twenty-three plays, no points. So head coach Ken Whisenhunt has a plan: Play your starters Friday against the Raiders until they get it right.
"Coach is pretty clear," center Lyle Sendlein said. "If it doesn't happen until the last drive of the fourth quarter, then that's how long we'll play."
Fantasy Analysis:
Beanie Wells probably still won't suit upthroughout, but this would be the first preseason action of the year for Ryan Williams
, and our longest look at the Kolb-Skelton competition. This doesn't have much to do with fantasy, but I absolutely love this. Don't worry about the plan that other team's have followed or slowly increasing your players' reps throughout the preseason. The Cardinals' offense is awful right now, and it has just about three weeks to get straightened out. If you are interested in any Cardinals this year, you'll get a long, long look at Larry Fitzgerald
and Co. tomorrow night.
