Cincinnati Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham
fell to the ground awkwardly while attempting to break a tackle during a 25-yard reception. Gresham walked off the field under his own power and head coach Marvin Lewis feels he won't need to miss any time. While at the University of Oklahoma, Gresham missed all of the 2009 season due to a serious knee injury.
Fantasy Analysis:
There was a time when many scouts and analysts felt that Gresham was the best tight end of his class. Turns out Jimmy Graham, Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski had something to say about that. That said, Gresham has a lot of potential in fantasy leagues as the Bengals second-best receiving option behind A.J. Green
. The third-year tight end is going around the 10th round in standard scoring leagues and could certainly outplay that draft position.
