Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson
returned to his form on Friday night with 10 carries for 46 yards and two touchdowns. The Titans took down the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with no problems, 30-7. Johnson took the first three plays for the game and the drive ended with a three-and-out. After two more three-and-outs, Johnson took things into his own hands and after a 21-yard scramble by Jake Locker, Johnson scored from 14 yards out.
Fantasy Analysis:
Usually a decent preseason performance isn't news, but it is news solely because Johnson presents a tremendous fantasy value should he slip out of the Top 5 of your fantasy draft. It may be too early to "crown him" as Dennie Green might say, yet given that the running back position is paper thin, passing on CJ2K when he's playing like the CJ2K of old would be a huge mistake.
