Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant
is having an MRI on knee after an injury during Monday's practice. Fellow wideout Miles Austin
(hamstring) is already out for the remainder of the preseason and he's also missed most of camp as well. Bryant, up until this point, was having a great camp and coaches expressed their drive for him to have a breakout year after a great 2011 season.
Fantasy Analysis:
Bryant and Austin are two high risk/reward players. Even though some may give Tony Romo a hard time about whether he's clutch or not, he's been a consistently and highly productive quarterback who's turned good receivers into great ones (ie Laurent Robinson
last year). If it were guaranteed that both Bryant and Austin were going to play 16 games in 2012, then they'd likely both be taken in the draft much earlier. Yet they have experienced numerous injuries, some more serious than others and because of that, you'll have to ensure you draft capable backups if they're on your team.
