Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon
now has eight receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown after only playing five preseason quarters. Two of those eight receptions has gone for at least 20-plus yeards. Second-year quarterback Blaine Gabbert
has targeted the rookie out of Oklahoma State early and often. In the Jaguars' latest preseason game on Thursday, Blackmon caught four passes for 72 yards.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Jaguars will need a wide receiver to step up in a big way this year. Last season, no player caught more than 45 passes as Jacksonville averaged only 136 passing yards per game, finishing dead last in the NFL. Blackmon and former Dallas Cowboys receiver Laurent Robinson
will look to reinvigorate the offense. Blackmon, at best, is a late-round flier and the same goes for Robinson. The Jags have a long way to go to prove they can sustain a reliable fantasy wideout.
