Bengals RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis returns to practice Sunday

After sitting out for two weeks, Cincinnati Bengals running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis @TheLawFirmBJGE returned to practice in full pads on Sunday. Green-Ellis missed the team's past two preseason games because of a toe injury.

Fantasy Analysis:

I assume that The Law Firm has turf toe, but I haven't read anything anything confirming that. If so, that could be bothersome for the full season. He won't play in the fourth preseason game but should be fine for Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens. The problem is: Are you really that excited about Green-Ellis? I'm not. No word on Bernard Scott's hand injury; he may or may not play in that Ravens game, but he should return shortly thereafter and will be a big factor in the Bengals' running game. No doubt that BJG-E is going to get his touchdowns, but he's not going to get most of the other carries. I think we're looking at more of a split between him and Scott. He is FFToolbox's No. 22 RB, but that is way too high for me. There are other RBs ranked behind Green-Ellis with a more concrete role and/or more upside -- Willis McGahee, Donald Brown, Stevan Ridley -- that I would much rather own.
