While Kenny Britt is serving his suspension and getting his knees healthy, the Titans will be getting a good look at rookie wide receiver Kendall Wright. Head coach Mike Munchak said Monday that Wright will be in his starting lineup when the Titans face the Patriots on Sunday.
Fantasy Analysis:
Even when Britt is ready to play, Wright should still see plenty of playing time out of the slot. He may not be the playmaker that Britt is, but Wright has excessive speed and is definitely more dangerous than Nate Washington. It may be hard to trust a newbie right away, but the Titans will surely have to throw often in this game as their defense should present little resistance to New England's passing atttack. That means a good number of tagets for Wright against that sub-par Patriots secondary. He's in the WR3/flex conversation for those in 12-team leagues.
