Oakland Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore
will be a game-time decision for his Monday Night Football game versus the San Diego Chargers. The early speculation, in this case from ESPN AFC West blogger Bill Williamson, believes that Moore will play after missing roughly a month of practice due to a hamstring injury. Williamson's logic behind his opinion is if "the Raiders didn't think he could play Monday night, Moore likely wouldn't be practicing."
Fantasy Analysis:
Hard to fault that line of thinking but the truth is for our fanasy intents and purposes, I'm probably sitting Moore. The chance of re-injury is high and it's not like Moore was that outstanding last season. He had his moments and he has a ton of potential for sure, but he had 33 catches for 618 yards and five scores. Good, but not great, not yet at least. It's a very aggressive call to start him this week but I do understand why so many feel he's a big talent with a ton of upside.
