Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon's tweaked ankle doesn't appear to be a concern
Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon suffered an ankle injury during practice on Wednesday. But it looks like he'll be fine for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. That's because Blackmon completed a full practice without limitations on both Thursday and Friday. He is listed as probable on the official injury report.
Blackmon is ranked No. 30 this week in FFToolbox's WR rankings. That's a safe spot, because Blackmon is a rookie and while Blaine Gabbert looked decent in the preseason, we don't know how he's going to act when it gets real. But I really like the matchup for Blackmon, and he's going to be a target monster Sunday. Tthe Vikings allowed the third-most points to wide receivers last season. After watching him during August, I have a feeling I'm going to regret not getting Blackmon on my team.
