UPDATE: Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch practices Friday, listed as questionable

Marshawn Lynch @MoneyLynch's back spams didn't hold him out of Friday's practice, but it remains to be seen if they will hold him out of Sunday's game versus the Cardinals. The Seahawks' star running back went through limited practice, and head coach Pete Carroll said afterward that Lynch "looks good, but it's still day-to-day." Lynch is officially listed as questionable on the team's injury report, and Robert Turbin @RobT_33 is waiting in the wings if Lynch suffers a setback in the next 48 hours.

Fantasy Analysis:

So this isn't really an update on the note that Matt De Lima wrote about Lynch earlier today; it's a practice report. Lynch remains a game-time decision. If you're hoping to use Robert Turbin -- and I am -- there are a couple of problems. One, I think Lynch is going to be active for this game, and the two runners might end up splitting carries. That would be troubling. Two, even if Lynch doesn't play, we probably won't know until Sunday afternoon as this Seahawks-Cardinals game isn't scheduled to start until 4:25 Eastern. If you need to make a decision here before the early games, I'd look another direction toward a more stable situation; do what you can to avoid this one. It all depends on your options.
