CBS Sports Pat Kirwan tweeted he anticipates Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells will play but RB Ryan Williams
will likely see the majority of touches. Arizona will be playing the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1. Wells is returning from knee surgery and is also dealing with a hamstring injury. Williams will be playing in his first regular season game after missing the entirety of his rookie season.
Fantasy Analysis:
Williams has as much upside as anybody but this might not be a very favorable matchup for him. Seattle had the 13th-best (slightly above-average) fantasy defense against running backs. They also allowed the 13th-fewest rushing yards last season. It also doesn't help matters for Wells or Williams that Arizona is having so many issues with their offensive line. Williams can make the first man miss, but not the second, third, and fourth guys as well.
