Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin feeling 'pretty sore' due to hip injuries

Despite leaving the field a couple of times on Sunday because of hip pain and dehydration, Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin @jmac_18 was still able to haul in seven passes for 96 yards and a score in Sunday's victory over Cleveland. But Maclin is really feeling the effects of his mettle today.
Head coach Andy Reid said Monday that Maclin is "pretty sore" because of a hip pointer and a hip flexor strain.
"He battled through it," Reid said of Maclin. "You got to give him credit for that. He got himself through it, but he's awful tender today."

Fantasy Analysis:

Maclin's status for Week 2 versus Baltimore is very much up in the air. It will come down to how he's able to manage the pain over the next few days, and if he is able to practice. If he has to miss the game, Jason Avant would stand to get more of Michael Vick's attention. However, Avant suffered a wrist contusion on Sunday.
