Cardinals QB John Skelton has low ankle sprain

It looked really bad when Cardinals quarterback John Skelton @johnskelton19 had to be carted off the field during the fourth quarter of Sunday's win versus Seattle. It was thought that Skelton had suffered a serious injury that would keep him out for a long time. But the Cardinals are feeling fortunate today since they got some good news after Skelton's MRI results were examined. He has a sprained ankle but not of the high ankle variety. He is not expected to miss numerous weeks, but head coach Ken Whisenhunt would not speculate Monday on how much time Skelton will exactly miss.
Kevin Kolb @KevinKolb_4 replaced Skelton and led the team on a drive of almost 70 yards that ended with what turned out to be the game-winning touchdown.

Fantasy Analysis:

I assume Kolb will start in Week 2 against the New England Patriots just because Skelton won't be healthy enough, but I don't know for sure. I am fairly certain that unless Kolb makes a 180-degree turn in decision-making and awareness while he is in the game, Skelton will be the starting QB again once he's ready.
