Raiders WR Denarius Moore was 'very close' to playing Monday

Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore
is expected to suit up for Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins. An active status seems likely for Moore because he almost played Monday against the Chargers.
"He was very close," head coach Dennis Allen said of Moore after the loss. "He probably could have played in the game, but I chose not to play him because it's a long season, and we have 15 more of these games left to play. I wanted to make sure we had him healthy for the majority of the season."
Fantasy Analysis:
From the looks of their passing attack on Monday, the Raiders desperately need Moore to return as soon as possible. Without him, Carson Palmer seemed very uneasy of throwing the ball more than 15 yards, and that led to an absurd 18 targets to Darren McFadden. I probably wouldn't start Moore right away as he'll need to work off some rust. But Moore should be a solid WR3 if his hamstrings hold up.
