After a good practice, Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker told reporters that "[his shoulder] felt great. I was able to do everything i wanted to, and probably would've been able to do more." The second-year QB out of Washington went down with a separation in his non-throwing shoulder during the fourth quarter of Tennessee's loss to the New England Patriots. Locker assured the media that he feels he will be ready to play this week in spite of being a limited participant during Wednesday's practice.
Fantasy Analysis:
Locker should stay on your bench as he faces the San Diego Chargers. Until he really proves himself to be a reliable and consistent fantasy point scorer, there's no reason to force the issue. The Titans will also have the services of wide receiver Kenny Britt
back in their starting lineup and this could really benefit Locker as well. The team feels that he will play barring a "huge setback."
