Jaguars RB Rashad Jennings misses another practice
Jaguars running back Rashad Jennings was a fantasy darling leading up to the regular season, prior to Maurice Jones-Drew ending his holdout. Since then, he has plummeted. He gained just 40 total yards in Week 1 and had fewer touches than Jones-Drew because a knee injury forced him to be a spectator for the entire second half. He has filled a similar role during practice this week. Jennings didn't practice Friday, finishing off a full week of no practice for him, and he's not expected to play Sunday versus the Texans.
MJD looked fine last week against the Vikings, and I expect he'll take on his normal carry count from here on out. Jennings should be rostered as a handcuff if you own Jones-Drew. Otherwise, I have no problem cutting him. His time in the sun didn't last long, and now he's back to being a secondary runner.
