UPDATE: Colts WR Austin Collie doubtful for Week 2

The Terre Haute Tribune-Star is reporting that despite concussion issues, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie @AKCollie_17 is listed as doubtful to play on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings. Collie did not dress in Week 1 and hasn't since the Colts' second preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Collie missed practice on Thursday and Friday and should he not play this weekend, watch for WR Donnie Avery to remain the team's No. 2 starter just as he was in Week 1 when he was targeted eight times, catching three receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown. Head coach Chuck Pagano said "[Collie] wasn't feeling 100-percent" on Thursday and sat on doctor's advice.

Fantasy Analysis:

Collie isn't worth a roster spot, not yet anyway. WR is a deep position with tons of options and clinging to a No. 2 receiver with serious injury concerns on a really bad football team would be foolish. Considering TE Coby Fleener finished second on the team with 10 targets behind WR Reggie Wayne @Reggie_Wayne87's 18 targets says all you need to know about where QB Andrew Luck is looking to pass the ball. Factor in Collie's injury history with concussions and it makes him a risky proposition. Wait until he has a decent game or two before adding him, let along inserting him into a starting position.
