Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice
spent the entire offseason getting over his concussion issues and letting his surgically repaired shoulders heal. Now it's Week 2 of the regular seaon, and Rice has picked up yet another injury: a knee injury. He missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday because of the bum knee. He returned to action on Friday, and head coach Pete Carroll said after the practice that Rice will play Sunday against the Cowboys.
Fantasy Analysis:
A touchdown catch saved Rice's Week 1 fantasy line in which he caught four passes for 36 yards. I rarely think Sidney Rice is a good fantasy play, and that doesn't change this week. He's probably not going to be 100 percent in this game, and I am a believer in Dallas' rebuilt pass defense. Brandon Carr and Morris Claiborne look like a great duo.
