Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings
couldn't suit up for Thursday's game against the Bears. Certainly, the short preparation week and the lack of healing time was detrimental to his cause. Of course, the Packers now have 11 days between that victory and their next game, and head coach Mike McCarthy said he'd be "surprised" if Jennings didn't play next Monday night against the Seahawks.
Fantasy Analysis:
Who knows how much of an impact Jennings' absence had on the Packers' offense versus Chicago, but that was not an impressive game for both teams. We'll monitor stories about Jennings' activity during practice once Green Bay gets back to work Thursday. Hopefully he's not a game-time decision, because he doesn't play until Monday night, and starting him might require some guts. But if the feeling by the end of the week is Jennings will most likely play, there's no doubt you should start him.
