Wide receiver Brian Hartline
has been the Dolphins' most productive wideout through two weeks and is coming off a nine-catch, 111-yard game against the Raiders. Hartline said his solid start is a function of good chemistry with quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
"We're able to get out there, see different plays and change plays," Hartline told the Palm Beach Post. "That's all [Tannehill]; I'm not doing anything besides listening to him. We converse on the sideline and talk about different looks we want to see, but overall, it's me agreeing with what he's doing, him agreeing with me, and we're rocking."
Fantasy Analysis:
Hartline got a game-high 12 targets on Sunday, so there's obviously something there. But let's not go crazy. Hartline is not a special talent, and Tannehill is still a rookie who is not yet in the class of Andrew Luck or Robert Griffin III. This passing game is going to be inconsistent all season, and I don't expect Hartline to be starter-worthy in standard leagues. He's worth a longer look In PPR leagues, but he's still a WR4 at best.
