Since New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw has been unable to practice this week because of a neck injury, third-year back Andre Brown
out of North Carolina State is "expected to take the majority of carries." Brown's recent emergence comes at the expense of rookie RB David Wilson
who still appears to be in the dog house of head coach Tom Coughlin after losing a fumble in Week 1. Brown handled 15 touches in Week 2, totaling 90 yards and a score.
Fantasy Analysis:
Brown was out of the league in 2011 and was on the roster of four different teams in 2010 after initially being drafted by the Giants in 2009. The Baltimore, MD native deserves a spot on fantasy rosters in the short-term as long as he's able to hold down the RB1 gig. All it takes apparently is one fumble though so hopefully he can show good ball-security in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers.
