Chiefs RB Peyton Hillis remains in walking boot

Kansas City Chiefs running back Peyton Hillis @thepeytonhillis remains in a walking boot after injuring his ankle last week. The Chiefs have not released a timetable for his potential return. Details remain sparse. His ankle sprain must be serious, and although Hillis is only listed as questionable at the moment, it doesn't look likely that he will play in Week 4 against the San Diego Chargers.

Fantasy Analysis:

Fantasy owners should be aware that Shaun Draughn @2ShaunDraughn0 would be the Chiefs' No. 2 back should Hillis not play. Draughn had seven carries for 22 yards last week against the porous Saints' defense. That said, he's only an option in the deepest league formats. Instead, look for Jamaal Charles @jcharles25 to see another huge day. He had 33 carries and six receptions in Week 3, the biggest workload of his career. It'll be interesting to see how his body reacts after such a profound increase.
