Broncos running back Willis McGahee's best game last season came against the Raiders as he gained 163 with two touchdowns. For all intents and purposes, it looks like he'll have his chance to punish them again this week. McGahee missed most of the second half of last week's loss to the Texans with a rib injury, but he was able to practice Wednesday and Thursday -- he practiced fully on the latter day -- and "appears to be on track" to play Sunday, according to the Denver Post.
Fantasy Analysis:
A full practice on a Thursday indicates that McGahee is feeling pretty, pretty, pretty good. Lance Ball
and Ronnie Hillman
were semi-popular pickups this week, but it looks like McGahee will take on a normal amount of work this week. The only question seems to be if he will wear extra padding to protect his ribs. He's a fine RB2 in a plus matchup at home.
