The Titans have deemed wide receiver Kenny Britt
and tight end Jared Cook
questionable to play Sunday versus the Texans. But to say they have an equal chance of suiting up would be ignorant. Cook practiced Thursday and Friday, and is expected to play despite a shoulder injury.
Britt missed Friday's practice, closing out a full week of no practice. Britt is still hoping to play, but he didn't sound too confident Friday.
"I am not going to lie -- it is still nagging me a little bit," Britt said about his injured ankle. "And I am not going to go out there if I am not feeling confident and if I can't give my 100 percent effort."
Fantasy Analysis:
Looks like Britt will be a game-time decision. I would try to stay away from him if possible. I don't trust him runnng on a bum ankle while going up against cornerback Johnathan Joseph. Britt was already playing a limited amount of snaps anyway; I figure he'll see more of the same if he can give it a go. Nate Washington and Kendall Wright should see more targets in a game in which the Titans will probably be throwing for most of the second half.
