New England Patriots running back Stevan Ridley
rushed for a career-best 151 yards and a score on 28 carries in Week 5. Unfortunately for him, he fumbled late in the fourth quarter in what would become a personal asterisk which frustrated him after the game. "There are still things holding (me) back, too. The fumble in the end, that kills me. That's something that you can't feel sorry about. You have to improve and focus. I have to get better at that."
Fantasy Analysis:
Ridley has eclipsed 100 yards in three of his five games this season. He ranks 4th in the NFL in rushing yards (490) and is tied with five other players to lead the league with four rushing TDs. I mention this because it goes to show that Ridley is a fierce competitor. This guy puts up a career-best game and all he can talk about is the fumble. With that kind of attitude, it's no wonder he's atop the depth chart on Bill Belichick's team. Ridley has established himself, very quickly I might add, as a weekly no-brainer in fantasy football. Keep him locked into your starting lineup while he's hot.
