Packers TE Jermichael Finley isn't on same page as QB Aaron Rodgers

Packers tight end Jermichael Finley
ranks 18th among tight ends in fantasy points this season. He attributes his slow start to a lack of chemistry with quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
"It's OK," Finley said of his chemistry with Rodgers. "Not good enough at all. Something to be worked on, and try to work on it as much as I can, try to talk to [Rodgers] as much as I can, but like I said, it takes two people. ... I need the quarterback on my side, and I need to catch the ball when he throws it to me. So it takes two things to get that going, the chemistry, I feel we need to get that going."
Fantasy Analysis:
Finley may not play this weekend after he dislocated his shoulder against the Colts five days ago. At least he mentioned that he needs to catch the ball when Rodgers goes to him; Finley has already dropped four passes this year. I don't understand how there can be a lack of chemistry here since Finley has been working with Rodgers for his whole career, and they've looked good in the past. I'm not sure I buy what Finley is selling. The drops seems to be a bigger problem to me.
