Ravens' defense is in world of hurt

The Ravens' defense entered Sunday allowing the 12th-most fantasy points to running backs. Then DeMarco Murray, Felix Jones and the Cowboys gained 227 yards on the ground. Considering the men on that defense who fell to injury during the game, more running backs should find success against the Ravens going forward.
Most notably, linebacker Ray Lewis
is believed to be lost for the rest of the season due to a torn right triceps muscle. But the Ravens also lost their top cornerback, Lardarius Webb
, to a torn ACL. And defensive lineman Haloti Ngata is believed to have a sprained MCL.
Fantasy Analysis:
Wow. Ed Reed better start carrying a rabbit's foot. All of these injuries occur just in time for the Ravens to take on Arian Foster and an angry Texans offense. But the larger point is this: The Ravens' defense hasn't been all that great this season. Now, the only thing that makes them great is name recognition. Don't be fooled. With all levels of this defense hurting, this is a unit to exploit right now.
