Browns runnng back Trent Richardson has pretty much quelled all of those worries that everybody had about his knees entering the season. His ribs are a new concern. Richardson injured his ribs during the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Bengals and didn't re-enter. Instead, Richardson and his fantasy owners watched as Montario Hardesty
get his first carries of the season and touch the ball 16 times for 65 yards and a touchdown.
After the game, Richardson downplayed the severity of the injury by saying he expects to play next week. However, more will be known about Richardson's ribs after a Monday MRI.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Browns have a golden matchup next week against the Colts, so keep your fingers crossed that Richardson can come back in time for that one. Still, Hardesty should be picked up in most leagues and by all Richardson owners. We'll have more on Trent's condition over the next day or so.
