In spite of being consider "out indefinitely" just a week ago, New York Giants running back Andre Brown
received first-team reps during Wednesday's practice. RB David Wilson
figured to have a jump on Brown after the rookie exploded for 89 yards on only nine carries in the last two weeks. With RB Ahmad Bradshaw dealing with that nagging foot injury, Brown currently has the inside track on a featured role.
Fantasy Analysis:
Let's not forget that Brown rushed for 184 yards and three TDs in just two games a weeks ago. If Bradshaw is out against the Washington Redskins on Sunday, Brown is a fantasy RB2 with some serious upside. The Skins rank 32nd in pass yards allowed per game so while Brown may not be the focus, a red-hot Eli Manning could only benefit a ground attack. If Brown is available in your league, pick him up immediately.
