UPDATE: Cowboys WR Dez Bryant questionable after missing Friday's practice

Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant @DezBryant has come down with a groin injury that forced him to be scratched from Friday's practice. He is now listed as questionable to play Sunday against the Panthers.

-----------------

Update: Maybe this injury isn't as sudden as we first suspected. According to ESPN Dallas' Todd Archer, "sources indicate that Bryant has been dealing with general soreness for a little while and his absence Friday was not the result of something that happened in practice Thursday or Friday."

Fantasy Analysis:

Uh-oh. We'll keep tabs on this situation throughout the weekend, but just make sure you have someone to cover for Bryant if he can't go Sunday. Groin injuries are always tricky. It would be too bad if Bryant misses this game since he is coming off of back-to-back weeks with double-digit fantasy points. The Panthers have allowed the seventh-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers -- mostly because their run defense is so darn awful -- but if Bryant can't suit up, Miles Austin @MilesAustinIII would get a slight boost in value. And Week 1 superstar Kevin Ogletree @KOforPrez would draw the start in place of Bryant. Of course, he hasn't done much of anything since that two-touchdown surprise versus the Giants.
