Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw skips Thursday's practice with foot injury

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw is still dealing with his lingering foot injury and did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday. Even though Bradshaw has been able to play through this injury in his last three games, this is the same injury that held him out in Week 3. After 57 carries for 316 yards and two TDs in Weeks 5 and 6, Bradshaw only had 16 touches last week. Backup Andre Brown @drebrown35 will be on-call, but only as a change-of-pace if Bradshaw is able to play.

Fantasy Analysis:

This is just the reality of owning Bradshaw in this game. The guy is a gamer and a certain leap of faith is required to not work yourself into a frenzy. If he can play, he will as he has done over the last three weeks. Owning Brown as a handcuff is definitely recommended since he's already proven he can succeed if given the opportunity. Given position scarcity and the high injury rate for RBs, hang onto Bradshaw. I'd rather have a questionable Bradshaw over a healthy option who I don't have much confidence in anyway. If Bradshaw plays, I trust him enough to start him.

Finally, a reasonable appraisal of Bradshaw and the Giants' RB situation. If he doesn't practice tomorrow, only then will I begin to have doubts.
