Steelers RBs Rashard Mendenhall, Jonathan Dwyer limited on Thursday

Steelers running backs Rashard Mendenhall @R_Mendenhall and Jonathan Dwyer @JDwyer27 were both limited participants during Thursday's practice. For Mendenhall, it's the same track he followed on Wednesday. He has been dealing with Achilles tendon soreness for a few weeks now. Today's activity represents Dwyer's first practice action of the week after he sat out on Wednesday, as expected, to rest his strained right quad. Right now, Dwyer is expected to be available for Sunday's game versus the Giants. Mendenhall's status is much more up in the air.

Fantasy Analysis:

For what it''s worth, Dwyer said he will play in this game. If it's only Dwyer and Isaac Redman @ired33 in the Steelers' backfield this weekend, I'd be OK rolling with Dwyer as a flex against the Giants. A hearty number of beat writers don't expect Mendenhall to play, but If all three of them are active, it's a messy situation that you should avoid. Mendenhall shouldn't be in any fantasy lineups until he proves that he's over his latest injury.

I have Mendenhall,Dwyer and Redman. Who to start on Sunday in my flex is keeping me up at night. Wish I had a better option, but bye week is killing me. Help!
