Steelers WR Antonio Brown dealing with 'mild' high-ankle sprain

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told reporters that wide receiver Antonio Brown @AntonioBrown84 has a "mild" high-ankle sprain. There were early reports that stated Brown did not have a high-ankle sprain, but Brown called it as much after Sunday's win over the New York Giants. Brown's targets and production have tapered off in recent weeks and should he be unable to play in Week 10, Emmanuel Sanders @E_Sanders88 would be promoted into the starting lineup.

Fantasy Analysis:

Brown's positional ranking varies wildly depending on your league's scoring system. He is a barely qualifies as a Top 30 WR in PPR formats and is just outside the Top 40 in standard leagues since he hasn't scored a touchdown since Sept. 23. Brown had been averaging 9.5 targets through Pittsburgh's first six games and now he only has eight in his last two contests. This doesn't exactly a trip to the waiver wire, but it's something to keep in mind if this ankle injury lingers or forces him to sit out next week or longer. If this injury is serious at all, it most greatly benefits Mike Wallace @Wallace17_daKid.
